In-house qualified trainers are experienced in designing a tailor-made training program for each customer with respect to his/ her goals.

Sport massagers are all qualified and well-experienced in helping our customers to relax their stressed muscle after even the most intense workouts.

Allied Holistic Nutritionist specialized in the use of diet, natural nutrition and nutritional food supplementation as an integral part of achieving an optimum level of health and wellness for our customers.
